Please can we know you?

I’m Goodwin Ekuna, I hail from Afaha Oku in Uyo Local government an undergraduate studying Theatre arts in university of uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

Where did you grow up?

This question hard oh… Ok, places where I grow up plenty oh. Calabar and more of Uyo… But basically calabar and More of Uyo. Others were just visits.

What type of entertainer are you?

Let’s say types, because I’m a comedian /Mc, an actor and I dance very important.

When did you notice your talent?

I noticed my talent/potentials way back in nursery school, because I used to be involved in drama presentations and I always acted funny characters.

What do you like most/least?

I like the act of sincerity and decency in works of life… Infact decency turns me on!!!

How do you combine studies and your career as an entertainer?

It’s been easy but I give God the glory… There’s a saying that goes thus “you can’t serve two masters at the same time”… Most times i just get to miss one at a particular time for the other. But it’s been fun I must say.

Your stage name, why did you decide to go with it?

First of all choosing a name was a bit tasking, but as time went on I realised I love dramatizing things, then the name Mc Drama popped out and descended on me.

Are there any entertainers that are influencing you?

Sure, I love the passion and drive of Crazeclown, Akpororo and Gordons; They all motivate and influence me.

Where do you see yourself in the next 3-5 years?

I see my self and my team on great platforms… By God’s grace definitely.

What mistakes do you wish to avoid in your sojourn in this career?

The mistake of looking down on anyone who’s growing in the same field with me… We entertainers are flowers planted in vessels, we need to be watered so as to grow and look amazing.

MC Drama doing what he does best.

You seem to just prefer looking simple and neat, what encourages your dressing like that?

Well that’s because looking good is business to start with… And it pays to look good which is the best you.

How do you rate Nigeria’s entertainment industry generally?

The percentage of entertainers keeps rising and dropping daily but it’s been wonderful lately. In my own field its been very good. We are still hoping it keeps improving.
